    Golnar,

If your door randomly opens try clearing the memory. Press and Hold the
smart/learn button for like 20-30 seconds then let go after the LED light
goes out. You’ll have to reprogram your remotes/ keyless .?

What if my garage door does not have sensors on the sides. I tried to find
them and couldn’t. Where could they be, then??

Thx so much sir ! This fixed my garage door in about 3 seconds. I almost
got someone to come out to look at it. I tried everything resetting it
taking it off of the track. I didn’t think about the sensors.?

Hey Richard my door goes about three quarters of the way down then comes
back up. I can pull the door release and the motor runs on the trolley all
    the way?. Any suggestions?

Thanks! this really helped! My sensor lights were not off, but there was
some spider web and gunk blocking one of the sensors, as soon as I cleared
    it started to work!?

Richard, what about when the door closes all of the way, then opens again
