Why isn’t my garage door closing?

I have a Chamberlain garage door system. My mom did something this morning to try to get it to opened, afterwards it didn’t close. She called me when she left the house to inform me to just leave it open when I leave for school.

I got home from school, went in the garage and parked, tried to close it and it didn’t work. The chain ran/worked but it didn’t close. Usually if it was something wrong with the sensors the light would flash but they were aligned. I can hear the motor run but it won’t close.

What do I do?
